In the beginning, identifying the remedies best suited for your mind and body can be tricky. Dr. Bach believed that the patient should play as much of a role in the selection of their remedies as the practitioner. During a 60-minute consultation, I will facilitate the remedy selection process to help you create the perfect combination for your unique set of needs. You will get a brief introduction to the Bach Flower Remedy system, along with detailed instructions on how to take your remedies.
