CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancelling less than 24 hours notice or failing to show up for an appointment will incur a charge of 100% of the cost of the session. Rescheduling a session must be done in writing via email to info@tsuriai.com with a 48 hours notice. The 12-week transformations cannot be cancelled after the program starts (attending the first session).

DISCLAIMER
Our sessions are not a replacement to medical treatment. Do not start or stop any medications without speaking to your medical or mental health provider. On a case by case basis a doctors consent may be required, before you start one of our programs.
CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY
We do not disclose any information obtained during the course of the coaching relationship without the express permission of the client. The right to confidentiality; belongs to the client. Everything the client shares during a one on one session(s) remains confidential.
